What You're Purchasing

Guardrail Works sells digital packages consisting of documentation, templates, scripts, and setup guides. All packages are delivered digitally via email after purchase. There is no physical product.

Delivery

Packages are delivered to the email address associated with your purchase within 24 hours. If you do not receive your package within that window, contact us and we will resend immediately.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final once the package has been delivered. If you have not received your package or believe there was an error in your order, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

Our packages provide tools, processes, and documentation to help your business manage missed calls more effectively. Results depend on how consistently the materials are implemented. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or recovery rates.

Acceptable Use

Packages are licensed for use within your business only. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the materials to third parties.

Limitation of Liability

Guardrail Works is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our materials. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable package.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
