Client Engagement Terms (Summary)
This page summarizes our client engagement standards. Final project terms are confirmed in writing per engagement.
Scope & Delivery
Each project has a written scope addendum defining deliverables, timeline, and support window.
Payment
Payment is generally due before delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Work begins after payment verification.
Support Limits
- Starter: up to 2 replies in 7 days
- Core: up to 6 replies in 14 days
- Pro: up to 12 replies in 30 days
Additional support is available via extension packages.
No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes
We provide practical workflow systems and implementation guidance. We do not guarantee specific revenue or business outcomes.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement. Indirect/consequential damages are excluded.
Refunds & Disputes
Digital service work is generally non-refundable once delivery has begun. If issues occur, we attempt good-faith remediation first.
